My name is Jeremy Lemm, and I’m a Realtor serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Before real estate, I spent over 22 years in the U.S. Army, where I learned the value of discipline, problem-solving, and persistence—skills I now bring to every transaction.

After retiring from the Army, I transitioned into real estate and have been part of the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson team since May 2017. Having been a buyer, seller, and Realtor myself, I understand both the excitement and the challenges that come with buying and selling a home. My goal is to use my experience, resources, and commitment to service to give my clients the best possible real estate experience from start to finish.
